These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 57zk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service available through the 57zk website located at https://57zk.cam and any related mobile or web applications operated under the same brand.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the 57zk platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the 57zk platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a User's Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Content" means all text, images, graphics, software, data, audio, video, odds, results, and any other material available through the Platform.
• "Eligible User" means any individual who meets all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including submission of government-issued identification (e.g., CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method.
• "Operator" means the legal entity that holds the applicable license under which 57zk operates. The specific licensing jurisdiction is disclosed in the Platform's licensing information section.
• "Platform" means the 57zk website, any associated mobile applications and all services accessible through them.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to or use of online gambling services is restricted, prohibited or otherwise regulated in a manner that prevents lawful use of the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other outcome available on the Platform.

To register an account on 57zk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
2. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of using the Platform.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
5. You must not already hold an existing 57zk account. Only one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method is permitted.
6. You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or placing wagers.
7. You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, agent or close family member of an employee of the Operator or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds held in the account.

57zk reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.

You must notify 57zk immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, compromise of your credentials, or any security breach affecting your account. 57zk will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all bets and transactions placed through your account are placed by you personally.
• Keeping your contact details, including email address, up to date in your account profile.
• Verifying your account identity promptly when requested as part of KYC procedures.
• Monitoring your account activity and reporting any discrepancies to the support team without delay.
• Ensuring that your use of the Platform at all times complies with applicable local laws and these Terms.

57zk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, identity misrepresentation, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that breaches these Terms or compromises the integrity of the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on 57zk are processed in accordance with the payment methods currently supported by the Operator's cashier. References to familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided for contextual familiarity only. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activity. Actual availability of any specific payment method depends on the provider's own terms, the Operator's current integrations, and applicable regulations at the time of your transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 57zk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits unless explicitly stated otherwise in the cashier.
• The Operator reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be connected with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that matches the name on your registered account and, where technically possible, the same method used for deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• 57zk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal and to delay processing pending the outcome of those checks.
• Processing times are estimated only; actual clearing times depend on the payment provider and are outside 57zk's direct control.

All transactions are denominated in the currency supported by the Operator for your account region. Where amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are referenced on the Platform, these are indicative figures and actual transaction values may be subject to currency conversion rates applied at the time of processing.

From time to time, 57zk may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback or other incentives to registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Eligible Users only. The Operator may restrict specific offers by geography, payment method, or account status at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, device, IP address and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages and expiry period are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value until all wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 57zk reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed by a User will be honoured subject to its existing terms at the time of claim.
• The Operator may withhold or void bonus winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a promotion was exploited, abused or claimed in breach of these Terms.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 57zk are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, game type and product category. These rules are accessible within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 57zk:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your account balance. Bets not confirmed in this manner are not valid.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. The Operator applies a bookmaker margin to all markets. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play betting: In-play markets may be suspended or settled at any time at the Operator's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension will be void.
• Errors: In the event of a palpable error in odds or game outcomes, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event and cumulative payout limits apply and are specified within individual market rules. The Operator may limit winnings to the stated maximum regardless of the nominal value of any payout.
• Casino RNG: All virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RTP figures for individual titles are sourced from the relevant game studios and are available within each game's information panel.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time by third-party studio providers. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the studio provider's own game rules in addition to these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 57zk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and bonus funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum required age.
• Accessing or using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms or any automated system to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit any market or game.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of bonus offers or promotions designed to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Colluding with other users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using fraudulent, stolen or third-party payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, copying or distributing any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages or impairs the Platform's operation or the experience of other users.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including but not limited to the 57zk brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, data compilations, odds data, written content, graphics and audiovisual elements, are owned by or licensed to the Operator. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, published, reverse engineered or used in any commercial or non-commercial manner without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Third-party game content, studio branding and live dealer video feeds are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to the Operator for use on the Platform. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to the User and may be revoked at any time by the Operator.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 57zk and the Operator, its directors, officers, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets or wagers placed on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues or delays affecting bet placement or settlement.
• Errors in odds display or game presentation that are corrected under the palpable error provisions in Section 7.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Reliance on any information, odds, statistics or editorial content displayed on the Platform.
• Any regulatory, legal or financial consequence arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 57zk makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content, fitness for a particular purpose or absence of errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

57zk is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for adults — aged 18 or above, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's license jurisdiction — who choose to participate as a form of entertainment with full awareness of the associated risks.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered users through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you be excluded from re-registration for a specified or indefinite period.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 57zk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email to the address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Archived versions of these Terms may be requested from our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence. However, as noted in Section 1, users are responsible for independently verifying the legality of their use of the Platform under their local laws. 57zk does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and does not acknowledge Pakistani law as governing these Terms.
